About

A professional home for women who write and speak.

AWSA (Advanced Writers and Speakers Association) is a Christ-centered community of women who write, speak, teach, and share God's message with the world.

Writing and speaking can be rewarding, but they can also feel lonely. That's why AWSA exists—to provide encouragement, friendship, mentoring, professional growth, and meaningful connections with women who understand the unique joys and challenges of this calling.

Whether you are an experienced author, a first-time writer, a speaker, a teacher, a podcaster, or a woman with a message God has placed on her heart, you'll find a welcoming community ready to help you grow.

For more than two decades, AWSA has connected Christian communicators through networking, training, conferences, awards programs, mastermind groups, prayer, and industry relationships. Our members encourage one another, celebrate successes together, share opportunities, and help one another navigate the writing and speaking journey.

AWSA is a program of Right to the Heart Ministries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Membership is open to women who are actively pursuing writing, speaking, teaching, or ministry opportunities and who affirm our Statement of Faith and Code of Ethics.

You don't have to walk this journey alone. Welcome to the sisterhood.
