Membership
Code of Ethics.
Every member of AWSA commits to upholding these principles in their public ministry and private dealings. This is what membership stands for.
- 01
Article One — Honor Christ in word and conduct
Members shall act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism, and shall operate their writing and speaking ministry — and their personal life — in a way that honors and does not bring shame or reproach to the name of the Lord.
- 02
Article Two — Represent qualifications truthfully
Members shall accurately represent their qualifications and experience in both oral and written communications. Bios, credentials, results, and platform claims must be true and verifiable.
- 03
Article Three — No plagiarism; honor others' work
Members shall not engage in plagiarism. Members shall seek permission before using materials originated by others, and shall credit sources fully.
- 04
Pledge — Speak the truth in love
Members pledge to speak the truth in love, to refrain from gossip and divisive talk, to follow biblical principles for resolution if a member believes another has sinned, and to contact AWSA leadership directly with any complaint or concern.
- 05
Statement of Faith
Members subscribe to the AWSA Statement of Faith as a condition of membership. (Full text to be added once retrieved from the existing site.)
Articles 1–3 + the pledge are the canonical AWSA text; remaining articles and Statement of Faith pending direct copy from leadership.
